This one day course is designed to build on your present navigation skills, fine tuning and developing your abilities in a challenging environment. We’ll help enhance your ability to navigate through various terrains with confidence and precision. In most cases we strongly recommend our two day Mountain Skills and Navigation course as this covers all aspects of safety, preparation, equipment, as well as intense navigation skills and a chance to consolidate the skills over the two days. Our aim is to always maximise your confidence and enjoyment in the outdoors.
We do however often run these courses for groups, such as volunteer rangers, walking groups and those training towards outdoor qualifications, who already have some skills and experience but are missing the more detailed navigation skills needed when walking in the moors and mountains when venturing off of recognised paths.
If you would like to book this course for a small group please do get in contact.
