Advanced Improvised Rescue for Climbers, complex scenarios and procedures.
Who’s the course for:
This one day course is for climbers who are competent at Trad Lead Climbing or Multi Pitch Climbing (including Sports/bolted) and have some basic Self-Rescue techniques. This is a perfect follow on from our Self-Rescue for Climbers course.
What’s included:
- Revision of the basics.
- Complex problem avoidance.
- Dealing with an unconscious climber.
- Evacuating an injured casualty.
- Complex unassisted hoists.
- Traverse Rescue.
- Multi pitch evacuation.
- Emergency procedures.
